From Tokyo, to Beyond.

Following the success of Tsujita LA, Tsujita ANNEX was born in 2013. Tsujita ANNEX originated as a restaurant called Ramen BARIO in Tokyo, Japan. It became widely popular with its Jiro-inspired ramen to serve hungry workers with its massive amount of food. Ramen BARIO opened a location in Hawaii and soon after, Tsujita ANNEX was born in Los Angeles. It is the second restaurant that opened within the Tsujita company, and has grown into a cult following with many die hard fans that prefer Tsujita ANNEX over the original Tsujita LA location.

Ramen is a lifestyle

At Tsujita ANNEX, we are proud to present customers with an authentic Japanese taste. The Tsujita restaurant company houses 4 different styles of ramen at our various locations. Tsujita ANNEX features Jiro-style ramen, which is a ramen known for its distinct flavored pork broth, and big portions of meat and beansprouts. We are proud to continue to share unique styles of ramen to the Los Angeles community and hope to continue to serve for years to come!
